If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review this policy to understand the eligibility criteria and steps for returns and refunds. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Custom or personalized caps are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items marked as Final Sale are also not eligible for returns.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be considered unless approved under exceptional circumstances.

To initiate a return, email support@fitdazel.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Customers are responsible for safely returning the product and are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service.

Return Label Options

For approved returns, we provide:

Included in the Package: A physical return label upon request.

Downloadable PDF: A PDF return label emailed for printing and use.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, promotional vouchers, custom caps, and items marked as Final Sale.

Items showing misuse, improper handling, stains, or exposure to harsh conditions.

Process for Returning Items

Contact our support team at support@fitdazel.com with order details and photos (if necessary).

Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address. Include this number in the return package.

Items must be shipped back within 7 business days of receiving the RAN.

Once received, the item will be inspected (3-5 business days).

If approved, we will notify you via email and proceed with the refund or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Include a description and photos in your email to support@fitdazel.com.

FitDazel will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund as per your preference.

Do not attempt to repair or alter a damaged item, as this will void eligibility for a return or replacement.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

Request an exchange by contacting support@fitdazel.com. If approved, a return shipping label will be provided.

If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Final Sale items and customized caps are not eligible for exchange.
